¼ cup (60ml) whole milk or heavy cream

Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Grease and flour a 10-12 cup Bundt pan or two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
2. Cream Butter & Sugar

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on medium-high speed for 5-7 mins until light and fluffy.
3. Add Eggs & Extracts

Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Stir in vanilla, almond, and lemon extracts.
4. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk flour and salt.

Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the batter, mixing just until combined (do not overmix).
