🔥 Instructions
1. Marinate the Protein

Toss steak with 1 tbsp soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Set aside 10 mins.

Pat shrimp dry, then toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce and oyster sauce.
2. Make the Sauce

Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
3. Stir Fry

Cook steak: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/skillet over high heat. Sear steak 1-2 mins per side until browned. Remove.
