🍪 Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies 🥜🍫

Gooey peanut butter cookies stuffed with Snickers bars—chewy, chocolatey, and downright addictive!

🍽️ Yield: About 48 cookies

⏳ Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins per batch

✅ Ingredients:

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

For the Filling:

  • 24 fun-size Snickers bars, each cut into 4 pieces (or 12 mini Snickers, halved)

  • Optional: Sea salt flakes for topping

📝 Instructions:

1. Make the Dough:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy (3 mins).

  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients.

2. Stuff with Snickers:

  1. Scoop 1 tbsp dough, flatten slightly, and place 1 piece of Snickers in the center.

  2. Roll into a ball, sealing the candy inside. Repeat for all cookies.

3. Bake:

  1. Arrange dough balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets.

  2. Bake for 10-12 mins until edges are golden (centers will look soft—they’ll firm up!).

  3. Optional: Press a Snickers piece into the top right after baking for extra gooeyness.

4. Cool & Serve:

  • Let cool on the sheet for 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.

💡 Pro Tips:

  • Chill dough 30 mins if too sticky to handle.

  • Underbake slightly for ultra-chewy cookies.

  • Freeze extras: Baked cookies keep for 3 months in the freezer.
