Posted on July 1, 2025

This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is a refreshing, creamy dessert that captures the nostalgic flavor of a classic creamsicle—without needing an oven! Perfect for warm weather or when you want a light, citrusy treat.

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafer crumbs)

  • ⅓ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Filling:

  • 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • ½ cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix (optional, for extra stability)

Topping (Optional):

  • Whipped cream

  • Orange slices or zest for garnish

  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.

    • Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.

  2. Make the filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until well combined.

    • In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. (If using pudding mix, fold it in now for extra thickness.)

  3. Assemble the cheesecake:

    • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight) until firm.

  4. Serve & garnish:

    • Once set, release from the springform pan (if using).

    • Top with whipped cream, orange slices, or white chocolate shavings.

    • Slice and enjoy chilled!

Tips:

  • For a stronger orange flavor, add ½ tsp orange extract.

  • If the filling is too soft, chill longer or add a bit more pudding mix.

  • Swap graham crackers for Biscoff or digestive biscuits for a different twist.

This creamy, dreamy cheesecake is a crowd-pleaser—easy to make and bursting with bright citrus flavor!
