Natural Bronchitis Remedy to Clear Lungs & Stop Coughing

A soothing, anti-inflammatory recipe to help relieve chest congestion and persistent coughs.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw honey (antibacterial, soothes throat)

  • 1 lemon (juiced, for vitamin C & mucus breakdown)

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated, anti-inflammatory)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (antiviral, reduces swelling)

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, boosts circulation)

  • 1 cup hot water or herbal tea (e.g., thyme or licorice root)


Instructions:

  1. Mix honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, and cayenne in a jar. Stir well.

  2. Take 1–2 tsp of the mixture daily, or dissolve in hot water/tea to drink.

  3. Repeat 3x/day for 3 days to loosen mucus and calm coughing.


How It Works:

  • Honey coats the throat and fights infection.

  • Ginger + Turmeric reduce airway inflammation.

  • Lemon thins mucus for easier expulsion.
