Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

Instructions:

Marinate (Optional): For juicier chicken, soak pieces in buttermilk for 1–4 hours (or overnight).

Prep Coating: Mix all dry ingredients (flour + spices) in a large bowl.

Shake excess buttermilk off chicken (if using).

Dip each piece in beaten eggs mixed with 4 tbsp oil.

Roll in flour-spice mix, pressing firmly for a thick coating.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry chicken in batches for 12–15 mins (dark meat) or 8–10 mins (white meat), until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
