Here’s a delicious Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups recipe that packs all the classic flavors without the carbs! These low-carb, high-fat roll-ups are perfect for a satisfying keto-friendly meal or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak (or sirloin, shaved beef)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese (or American/Cheez Whiz for authenticity)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Toothpicks (for securing)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Veggies:

  • In a skillet, melt butter/oil over medium heat.
  • Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms (if using). Sauté until soft (5-7 mins).
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the Steak:

  • In the same skillet, add more butter/oil if needed.
  • Cook thinly sliced steak over high heat until browned (2-3 mins).
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Assemble the Roll-Ups:

  • Lay out provolone slices on a cutting board.
  • Divide steak and veggie mixture evenly among the cheese slices.
  • Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

4. Optional Crisp-Up (For Melted Perfection):

  • Place roll-ups on a baking sheet and broil for 1-2 mins until cheese is bubbly and golden.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let cool slightly before removing toothpicks.
  • Serve with sugar-free ketchup, mayo, or mustard for dipping.
