Ingredients

For the Cupcakes:

  • 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (120ml) honey

  • ½ cup (120g) peach purée (canned or blended fresh peaches)

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup (55g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzle)

  • Fresh peach slices (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Make the Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  2. Whisk dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Beat wet ingredients: Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy (~3 mins). Add eggs, vanilla, honey, and peach purée.

  4. Combine: Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just incorporated (don’t overmix).

  5. Bake for 18-20 mins until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

2. Whip the Frosting

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, whipping until light and fluffy.

  3. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes and drizzle with honey. Garnish with peach slices.

Tips

🍑 Peach purée hack: Blend 1 cup peeled peaches + 1 tbsp sugar until smooth.
🍯 Extra moisture: Brush warm cupcakes with peach syrup (simmer purée + 1 tbsp honey).
❄️ Storage: Keep refrigerated (up to 3 days) due to cream cheese.

A summery twist on classic cheesecake flavors! 😍

(Perfect for picnics or tea parties!)
