Homemade Sugar-Free Condensed Milk 🥛✨

Makes: ~1 cup (equivalent to 1 can)


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol (or monk fruit sweetener)

  • 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract or xanthan gum (for thickness)


Instructions

1. Simmer

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sweetener, and butter.

  2. Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until it thickens (8-10 mins). Don’t boil!

2. Blend (Optional)

  • For ultra-smooth texture, blend with ½ tsp xanthan gum (or vanilla) until creamy.

3. Cool & Store

  • Let cool; it thickens further. Refrigerate in a jar for up to 2 weeks.


Uses

🍮 Sugar-free flan, fudge, or ice cream
