High-Protein Orange Fluff (Greek Yogurt Hack!)

Creamy, dreamy, and packed with protein—this orange fluff is a sneaky way to love Greek yogurt (even if you hate it!). Perfect for desserts, dips, or a post-workout snack!


Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt *(2% or full-fat for creaminess)*

  • 1 small box (3.4 oz) sugar-free orange Jell-O (or 2 tbsp powdered drink mix like Tang)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1-2 tbsp whipped cream or Cool Whip (for extra fluff!)

  • Mandarin orange segments (for topping)

(~20g protein per serving!)


Instructions

  1. Mix Jell-O & Yogurt: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Jell-O powder, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Fluff It Up: Fold in whipped cream for airy texture.

  3. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 30 mins (or eat immediately!). Top with oranges or graham crackers.
