Healthy Flourless, Sugar-Free Cookies

These naturally sweetened, chewy, and wholesome cookies are made with no flour, no sugar, and no guilt! Packed with oats, bananas, and dark chocolate, they’re perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients (Makes ~12 cookies)

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed (~1 cup)

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 cups (180g) rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • ¼ cup almond milk (or any milk)

  • ¼ cup raisins or chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)

  • 1 cup (150g) sugar-free dark chocolate chunks (like Lily’s)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

(Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber!)


Instructions

1. Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

  2. Add oats, almond milk, raisins/nuts, and chocolate chunks. Mix until combined.
    (Let sit 5 mins so oats soften slightly.)

3. Bake

  • Drop 2-tbsp scoops onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly (they won’t spread much).

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are golden.

4. Cool & Enjoy!

  • Let cool 10 mins on the pan (they firm up as they cool).
