Golden Immunity-Boosting Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric Shot 💥

Zesty, spicy, and packed with anti-inflammatory power!

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon (juiced, ~¼ cup)

  • 1-2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled & grated

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (or 1 inch fresh turmeric, grated)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to balance tartness)

  • 1 pinch black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

  • ½ cup water (or coconut water for electrolytes)


Instructions

  1. Juice the lemon (remove seeds).

  2. Grate ginger (and fresh turmeric if using) into a fine mesh strainer. Press with a spoon to extract maximum juice.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a glass, stirring well.

  4. Drink immediately (or refrigerate for up to 24 hours—shake before serving).
