🍽️ Ingredients
Filling

4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen, patted dry)

1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Wrapping & Frying
-
12-15 wonton wrappers
-
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
-
Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, or peanut)
To Serve
-
Powdered sugar
-
Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate + coconut oil)
-
Extra diced strawberries
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberries and lemon zest.
2️⃣ Fill wontons:

Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wrapper.

Brush edges with egg wash, fold into triangles (or your favorite shape!), and press to seal.
3️⃣ Fry: -
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pot or fryer.

Fry wontons 2-3 mins until golden, flipping once. Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate. Best eaten warm!
