3-4 lb (1.4-1.8 kg) beef chuck roast (fat trimmed)

1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix

1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix

1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup

¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder
For Serving:

Instructions
1. Slow Cook the Beef

Place chuck roast in the crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together onion soup mix, au jus mix, beef broth, French onion soup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the beef.

Cover and cook on:

Remove beef, shred with forks, and skim excess fat from the broth.
