👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Coat chicken: Toss chicken cubes in egg, then in a mix of cornstarch, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Fry: Heat 1 inch of oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 mins until golden. Drain on a wire rack.
3️⃣ Make sauce: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, cook 30 secs, then stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer 2 mins until thickened.
4️⃣ Toss: Add fried chicken to the sauce, stir to coat.
5️⃣ Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
