Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce

šŸ— Crispy Chicken TendersĀ (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbsĀ chicken tendersĀ (or boneless breasts cut into strips)
  • 1 cupĀ all-purpose flour
  • 2Ā large eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cupsĀ panko breadcrumbsĀ (or crushed cornflakes for extra crunch)
  • ½ cupĀ grated Parmesan cheeseĀ (optional, for flavor)
  • 1 tspĀ garlic powder
  • 1 tspĀ paprika
  • ½ tspĀ salt
  • ½ tspĀ black pepper
  • Cooking sprayĀ or olive oil

Instructions:

1ļøāƒ£Ā Prep:

  • Preheat oven toĀ 425°F (220°C)Ā (or air fryer toĀ 400°F/200°C).
  • Set up three bowls:
    • 1st bowl:Ā Flour + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika.
    • 2nd bowl:Ā Beaten eggs.
    • 3rd bowl:Ā Panko + Parmesan (if using).

2ļøāƒ£Ā Bread the Chicken:

  • Dredge each tender inĀ flour → egg → panko, pressing to coat well.

3ļøāƒ£Ā Cook:

  • Oven:Ā Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Spray with oil. BakeĀ 15-18 mins, flipping halfway.
  • Air Fryer:Ā Cook in batches forĀ 10-12 mins, flipping halfway.

4ļøāƒ£Ā Serve:Ā Hot with dipping sauce!


🄣 Creamy Dipping Sauce (3 Ways!)

1. Classic Honey Mustard

  • ¼ cupĀ mayo
  • 2 tbspĀ Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbspĀ honey
  • 1 tspĀ lemon juice

2. Spicy Ranch

  • ¼ cupĀ ranch dressing
  • 1 tbspĀ hot sauceĀ (like sriracha)
  • ½ tspĀ garlic powder

3. Smoky BBQ Mayo

  • ¼ cupĀ mayo
  • 2 tbspĀ BBQ sauce
  • ½ tspĀ smoked paprika

(Mix ingredients for each sauce in a small bowl. Chill until serving.)
