Instructions
1. Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 7-inch (18cm) round pan or line with parchment.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Sift in flour and baking powder, gently folding until just combined (don’t overmix!).
