Pro Tips
✔ Weigh dough for bakery-sized cookies (Crumbl cookies are HUGE!).
✔ Underbake slightly—they continue cooking on the tray.
✔ Freeze unbaked dough for fresh cookies anytime!
Why It Works
✨ Cornstarch = ultra-soft texture.
✨ Chilling dough prevents spreading.
✨ High sugar ratio = crispy edges + gooey centers.
Try these next:
- Pink Velvet (add 1 tbsp cocoa + red food coloring)
- S’mores (top with marshmallow + torched!)
(Store in an airtight container for 3 days… if they last!) 😉
