INGREDIENTS

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water, and drained

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook & Cool Pasta

Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool completely.
2. Make the Dressing

3. Combine Everything

Add cooled macaroni, cheese, peas, bell pepper, celery, and red onion to the dressing.
