Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls

📝 Ingredients

  • 3 cups (90g) Rice Krispies cereal

  • 1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark/milk chocolate)

  • ½ cup (120g) creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ¼ cup (60ml) honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional coatings:

    • Crushed nuts

    • Shredded coconut

    • Powdered sugar

    • Sprinkles


👩🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
2️⃣ Mix: Stir in peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until combined.
