Here’s a delicious Cherry Cheesecake Lush recipe—a creamy, no-bake dessert with layers of buttery crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, cherry topping, and whipped cream! Perfect for potlucks or summer treats. 🍒🍰


Cherry Cheesecake Lush

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 8 oz (227g) Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)

For the Toppings:

  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

  • Extra whipped cream for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.

    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill for 15 mins.

  2. Cheesecake Layer:

    • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Gently fold in Cool Whip (or whipped cream).

    • Spread evenly over the crust.

  3. Assemble:

    • Spoon cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.

    • Optional: Add dollops of whipped cream on top.

  4. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

  5. Serve:

    • Slice into squares and enjoy cold!

Variations:

  • Blueberry or Strawberry Lush: Swap cherry pie filling for another fruit.

  • Chocolate Lush: Add cocoa powder to the cheesecake layer.

  • Nutty Crust: Use crushed Oreos or Nilla wafers instead of graham crackers.
