Cheesy Ground Beef Sliders 🍔🧀

The ultimate crowd-pleaser—juicy beef, melty cheese, and buttery rolls! Perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family dinner.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins
Servings: 12 sliders

Ingredients

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

  • ½ cup diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns (keep connected if possible)

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping, optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up until browned.

  • Add onion and cook until softened (3-4 mins).

  • Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.

  • Drain excess fat, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted. Remove from heat.

2. Assemble the Sliders

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice the rolls in half (keeping them connected if possible) and place the bottom half in a baking dish.

  • Spread the cheesy beef mixture evenly over the rolls.

  • Add top half of the rolls.

3. Add Buttery Topping

  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and onion powder.

  • Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

  • Sprinkle with extra cheese (optional).

4. Bake & Serve

  • Bake for 10-12 mins until golden and cheese is bubbly.

  • Optional: Broil 1-2 mins for extra crispiness.

  • Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!

Tips for the Best Sliders

🔥 Make ahead: Assemble (without butter topping), cover, and refrigerate. Add butter before baking.
🧀 Cheese swap: Try pepper jack, Swiss, or American cheese for different flavors.
🍞 Bun tip: Hawaiian rolls add sweetness, but potato rolls or brioche work too!

Perfect for game day, potlucks, or a quick weeknight meal! Let me know if you try them. 😊
