12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns (keep connected if possible)

½ tsp onion powder

½ cup shredded cheese (for topping, optional)

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up until browned.

Add onion and cook until softened (3-4 mins).

Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.

Drain excess fat, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella until melted. Remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Sliders

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the rolls in half (keeping them connected if possible) and place the bottom half in a baking dish.

Add top half of the rolls.
3. Add Buttery Topping
