1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)

4-6 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

Cook the Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic until fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.

Warm the tortillas slightly (microwave for 10-15 sec or heat on a dry skillet).

Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
