1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (+ extra for garnish)

½ cup chicken broth

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions

Prep & Season:

Cook pasta al dente, reserving ½ cup pasta water.

Mix all Cajun seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Toss steak with half the seasoning; coat shrimp with the rest.

Sear the Steak & Shrimp:

Heat 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat.

Sear steak 2-3 mins per side until browned. Remove & set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook shrimp 1-2 mins per side. Remove & set aside.
