Ingredients:

12 oz bow-tie pasta

2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or grilled chicken
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan.

Season and toss with pasta. Add extras if desired.
2. Tomato Basil Bow-Tie Pasta
Ingredients:

12 oz bow-tie pasta

1 tbsp olive oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
-
Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
-
Fresh basil, chopped
-
Optional: mozzarella cubes or grilled Italian sausage
Instructions:

Cook pasta; reserve some pasta water.

In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil.

Add tomatoes, season, and simmer 10–15 minutes.

Toss with pasta and fresh basil. Add cheese or meat if using.
🧄 Garlic Cheese Rolls
Ingredients:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade dough
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
¾ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
-
1 tbsp parsley (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Flatten biscuits slightly, add cheese inside, fold into balls.

Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over the tops.
-
Bake 12–15 min or until golden.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
