These crispy, spicy-sweet skewers are inspired by the famous Bang Bang Shrimp—tender chicken cubes coated in a creamy, fiery sauce with a hint of honey sweetness. Perfect for grilling, broiling, or air frying!
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Skewers:

1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)

For Serving:

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 mins)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 mins (or up to 4 hours).
2. Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, vinegar, garlic, and salt.

Set aside half for dipping and half for brushing.
3. Skewer & Cook:

Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.

Grill/Broil/Air Fry:

Grill: Medium-high heat, 4–5 mins per side.

Air Fryer: 400°F (200°C), 8–10 mins, flipping halfway.
