Posted on June 30, 2025

A rich, creamy, no-bake pie with a fluffy peanut butter filling and a buttery crust—pure comfort in every bite!

📝 Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or vanilla wafer crumbs)

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • Pinch of salt

Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural—use Skippy/Jif for best texture)

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for whipping cream)

Topping (Optional)

  • Whipped cream

  • Chopped peanuts

  • Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate + coconut oil)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Crust

  • Mix graham crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.

  • Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 mins.

2. Prepare the Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream + 2 tbsp sugar to stiff peaks.

  • Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until fully combined.

3. Assemble & Chill

  • Pour filling into the chilled crust. Smooth the top.

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight for best texture).

4. Add Toppings & Serve

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, and chocolate drizzle.

💡 Pro Tips

✔ For extra richness: Add ½ cup peanut butter chips to the filling.
✔ No-bake crust alternative: Use an Oreo crust (blitz 24 Oreos + ¼ cup butter).
✔ Storage: Keeps in the fridge for 3-4 days (cover tightly).

🍴 Why This Pie is Legendary

  • Silky-smooth texture (like a peanut butter mousse!).

  • Perfect balance of sweet and salty.

  • Effortless to make—no oven required!

Slice, serve, and watch it disappear!
