Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes 🥩🥔🧄

Juicy steak bites, crispy potatoes, and a garlic butter glaze—all made in 20 minutes with your air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, quartered

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

(Optional: ½ tsp red pepper flakes for heat 🌶️)


Instructions

1. Prep the Potatoes

  1. Toss quartered potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, and smoked paprika.

  2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8 mins, shaking halfway, until golden.

2. Cook the Steak Bites

  1. In a bowl, mix steak cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Add steak to the air fryer with the potatoes. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 4-5 mins (medium-rare) or 6-7 mins (medium-well).

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Stir together melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

4. Finish & Serve

  1. Toss everything with the garlic butter sauce.

  2. Garnish with extra parsley and a sprinkle of flaky salt.

✔ Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed for crispier potatoes.
✔ Steak doneness:

  • 4-5 mins: Medium-rare (pink center)

  • 6-7 mins: Medium-well (slightly pink)
    ✔ Pair with: Creamy horseradish sauce or a simple arugula salad.
