Grilled Shrimp Caesar WrapsÂ đŸ€đŸ„—

Crispy grilled shrimp, crunchy romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a warm tortilla—ready in 15 minutes for a light yet satisfying meal!

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 15 mins

Servings: 2 (easily doubled)

Ingredients

For the Shrimp:

  • œ lb (225g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • œ tsp smoked paprika
  • ÂŒ tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

For the Wraps:

  • 2 large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ÂŒ cup shredded Parmesan
  • ÂŒ cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • œ cup croutons (optional, for crunch)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

(Optional: Sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, or bacon bits!)

Instructions

1. Grill the Shrimp:

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 1-2 mins per side until pink and slightly charred.

2. Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet (or microwave for 10 sec).
  2. Spread Caesar dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Layer with lettuce, Parmesan, shrimp, and croutons.
  4. Fold sides in, then roll tightly. Slice in half diagonally.

3. Serve:

  • Enjoy immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing.

Pro Tips

✔ Extra flavor: Add a dash of anchovy paste to the dressing.
✔ Meal prep: Keep shrimp and dressing separate until ready to eat.
✔ Low-carb: Use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas.

Serving Ideas

  • 🍟 Pair with sweet potato fries or a side soup.
  • đŸ„‘ Add avocado for creaminess.
  • đŸŒ¶ïž Spice it up with sriracha mayo.

These wraps are fast, fresh, and packed with protein—perfect for lunch or a quick dinner! Let me know if you’d like a spicy or dairy-free version. 😊

(Best eaten fresh, but shrimp can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
