A delicious and filling breakfast!

Here’s a delicious and filling breakfast idea that balances taste, nutrition, and energy to power your morning:


🌞 Hearty Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (scrambled or poached)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • Handful of baby spinach (lightly sautéed)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese (optional)
  • Sprinkle of chili flakes or everything bagel seasoning
  • Olive oil drizzle
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook your grain (quinoa or rice) in advance or use leftovers.
  2. In a pan, lightly sauté spinach with a tiny bit of olive oil until just wilted.
  3. Prepare your eggs your favorite way – scrambled, poached, or sunny side up.
  4. Assemble everything in a bowl: grain base, spinach, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and feta.
  5. Drizzle olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and a touch of seasoning.
  6. Enjoy warm with a side of toast or fruit if desired!
