These Brown Sugar Pineapple Glazed Chicken Wings sound absolutely delicious! The combination of sweet brown sugar and tangy pineapple creates a sticky, caramelized glaze that’s perfect for wings. Here’s a simple and flavorful recipe you can try:

Sticky Brown Sugar Pineapple Glazed Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 40-50 mins | Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split into drumettes and flats, tips removed)

  • 1 cup pineapple juice (or crushed pineapple blended smooth)

  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)

  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for heat)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening, if needed)

  • Sesame seeds & sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Wings:

    • Pat wings dry and season with salt & pepper.

    • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 mins (flipping halfway) until crispy.

    • Alternatively, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 mins, shaking occasionally.

  2. Make Glaze:

    • In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and sriracha.

    • Simmer over medium heat for 8-10 mins until slightly reduced.

    • For a thicker glaze, mix cornstarch + water, stir in, and cook 1-2 mins more.

  3. Coat Wings:

    • Toss baked wings in the glaze until fully coated.

    • Broil for 2-3 mins for extra stickiness (optional).

  4. Serve:

    • Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.

    • Great with rice or as a party appetizer!

Tips:

  • For grilled wings, cook over medium heat, then glaze at the end.

  • Add pineapple chunks for extra texture.

  • Double the glaze if you love extra sauce!

Would you like any modifications, like spicier or less sweet? 😊
