For the Chicken:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

1 packet dry chicken gravy mix (0.87 oz)

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika (optional)
For Serving:

Instructions
1. Prep the Slow Cooker

Place chicken in the crockpot.

In a bowl, whisk together both soups, gravy mix, broth, and seasonings. Pour over chicken.
2. Cook

Low heat: 6-7 hours

High heat: 3-4 hours
(Chicken is done when tender and shreds easily.)
3. Thicken the Gravy (Optional)

Remove chicken and whisk in a slurry (2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water).
