Ingredients (Makes ~24 balls)

  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar

  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter (not natural/oily)

  • 6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • 8 oz (225g) dipping chocolate (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)

(Optional: Sea salt flakes for topping)

Instructions

1. Mix the Filling

  1. In a bowl, stir together powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

  2. Roll into 1-inch balls (if sticky, chill 10 mins first). Place on a parchment-lined tray.

2. Chill

  • Freeze balls for 20 mins (or fridge for 1 hour) to firm up.

3. Dip in Chocolate

  1. Melt chocolate + coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
