Immunity-Boosting Turmeric Honey Tonic

This anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich tonic combines raw honey, turmeric, cinnamon, and lemon for a natural wellness boost. May help with:
✅ Joint/bone pain (turmeric’s curcumin)
✅ Blood sugar balance (cinnamon + honey)
✅ Digestion & immunity (lemon + chia/flax)
✅ Mood support (gut-brain connection)


Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 tbsp raw honey (antibacterial, energy)

  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric (anti-inflammatory)

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon (blood sugar support)

  • Juice of ½ lemon (vitamin C, detox)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds *(optional, omega-3s)*

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed powder (optional, fiber)

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)


Instructions

  1. In a mug, mix honey, turmeric, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

  2. Add warm water and stir well.

  3. Stir in chia seeds and flaxseed (if using). Let sit 5 mins to thicken.

  4. Drink 1-2x daily (best in the morning or before bed).
