Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round pans (or line with parchment).

Puree strawberries in a blender/food processor until smooth. Set aside ¼ cup for frosting.
2. Make the Cake Batter

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat butter + sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.

3. Bake
