Ingredients:

1 rack baby back ribs (about 2–2.5 lbs)

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for tang)

Instructions:
1. Prep the Ribs:

Remove membrane from the back of the ribs (slide a knife under and pull with a paper towel).

Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Rub all over the ribs.
2. Slow-Bake (Tenderize!):

Wrap ribs tightly in foil (meat-side down) and bake at 275°F (135°C) for 2.5 hours.
3. Glaze & Caramelize:

Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce mixed with vinegar and honey.
