  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • ¾ cup marinara sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup whole-milk ricotta

  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey + ¼ tsp chili flakes)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

1️⃣ Prep the Dough
