Longhorn Steakhouse-Style Parmesan Crusted Chicken 🍗🧀
Crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor—this copycat recipe brings the famous Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken to your kitchen!

Ingredients (Serves 4):
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to ½-inch thickness)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

For the Parmesan Crust:

½ cup ranch dressing (or buttermilk for a lighter option)

½ cup shredded provolone cheese

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)

½ cup Panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch, optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

For Serving:

Lemon wedges

Fresh parsley, chopped

Extra ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions:
1. Prep & Season the Chicken
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about ½-inch) for even cooking.

Rub with olive oil, then season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Coat with Ranch & Cheese
Spread ranch dressing evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

In a bowl, mix provolone, Parmesan, Panko (if using), and Italian seasoning.

Press the cheese mixture firmly onto the ranch-coated side of each breast.

3. Bake or Pan-Sear
Option 1: Oven-Baked (Easiest)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet (cheese-side up).

Bake for 20–25 mins, then broil for 2–3 mins until golden and bubbly.

Option 2: Pan-Fried (Extra Crispy)

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Place chicken cheese-side down and cook for 3–4 mins until golden.

Flip, then transfer skillet to the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 mins.

4. Serve & Garnish
Let rest for 5 mins, then garnish with extra Parmesan, parsley, and lemon wedges.

Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or a side salad.

Pro Tips:
✅ Extra crispy? Add a light sprinkle of Panko to the cheese mix.
✅ No provolone? Use mozzarella or white cheddar instead.
✅ Make ahead: Prep chicken (unbaked) and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Just like the restaurant version—juicy, cheesy, and irresistible! 😍🔥

Pair with a loaded baked potato or creamy garlic pasta for a full Longhorn-inspired meal. Enjoy! 🍽️
