Easy Cheesy Pizza Pockets 🍕✨

Flaky, golden pockets stuffed with melty cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce—ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough (or pizza dough)

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or toppings like sausage, mushrooms, olives)

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (for topping)

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

1. Prep the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or roll pizza dough into 8 small circles).

2. Fill & Fold

  1. Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on each triangle.

  2. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and a pinch of garlic powder + Italian seasoning.

  3. Roll up from the wide end, tucking in sides to seal.

3. Bake to Golden Perfection

  1. Place pockets on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  2. Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown.

4. Serve Hot!

  • Enjoy with warm marinara sauce for dipping.


Tips for the Best Pizza Pockets

✔ Seal well to prevent cheese leaks (press edges with a fork).
✔ Air fryer option: Cook at 370°F (190°C) for 6-8 mins.
✔ Make ahead: Freeze unbaked pockets, then bake 2-3 mins longer.
