Creamy Mango Fruit Medley Dessert 🥭🍌🍇

A luxurious, chilled mango dessert loaded with fresh fruits and nuts—perfect for impressing guests!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (200g pulp)

  • 200ml fresh cream (whipped to soft peaks)

  • 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tbsp water

  • ¼ cup each finely chopped:

    • Banana

    • Grapes

    • Apple

    • Mango (extra)

    • Pomegranate arils

  • 2 tbsp cashews, chopped

  • 2 tbsp raisins

(Optional: A pinch of cardamom powder or saffron for fragrance!)


Instructions

1. Blend the Mango Purée

  1. In a blender, combine 2 mangoes, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.

2. Whip the Cream

  1. In a bowl, whip fresh cream until thick and creamy (avoid over-whipping).

3. Assemble the Dessert

  1. Gently fold the mango purée into the whipped cream.

  2. Add all chopped fruits and nuts. Mix lightly.

4. Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for 2 hours to let flavors meld.

  2. Serve chilled in bowls or glasses, garnished with extra pomegranate and nuts.
