Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)

1 cup chicken broth

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1 packet dry ranch seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade ranch mix)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions
1. Slow Cook

Place chicken in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, whisk soup, broth, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until smooth. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
2. Shred & Thicken

Shred chicken with forks. Stir in Parmesan (if using).

For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water, stir into the pot, and cook 10 more mins.
3. Serve
