Instructions
1. Simmer

In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sweetener, and butter.

Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until it thickens (8-10 mins). Don’t boil!
2. Blend (Optional)

For ultra-smooth texture, blend with ½ tsp xanthan gum (or vanilla) until creamy.
