Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 25 mins
Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), pounded to even thickness
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, softened
-
2 tsp honey
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¼ cup chicken broth (or white wine for extra flavor)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Season & Sear the Chicken
-
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 mins per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp). Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Honey Butter Sauce
-
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, honey, and chicken broth to the skillet.
-
Whisk until butter melts and sauce thickens slightly (2-3 mins).
3. Glaze & Serve

Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer for 1-2 mins.
-
Garnish with parsley and extra cracked black pepper.
