Instructions
1. Prep & Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Make the Blondie Batter

Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract; mix well.

Fold in flour and salt until just combined (don’t overmix).
3. Create the Almond Swirl

In a small bowl, mash together sugar, softened butter, almond flour, amaretto, and cinnamon into a paste.
4. Layer & Swirl

Spread ⅔ of the blondie batter into the pan.

Dot with almond paste, then swirl with a knife.

Top with remaining batter and extra almond swirl.
5. Bake & Cool

Bake 25-30 mins until golden and set (toothpick should have a few moist crumbs).
